Highland Walloon is about to become home to the Bremer Valley’s largest display home village, with plans unveiled for an 18-home showcase opening in partnership with Master Builders Queensland.
The new Highland Walloon Display Village will feature homes from 12 of Queensland’s most popular builders, giving buyers an unrivalled source of inspiration right on their doorstep.
Among the builders taking part are Simonds, Bold Living, Mayde, Burbank, Hudson Homes, Creation Homes, Stroud Homes, Zoom, Dare, Foundary Co, G.J. Gardener, and Australian Building Co – each bringing brand new designs tailored for the Ipswich west and Bremer Valley region.
Development Manager Ian Worthington said the Display Village would set a new benchmark for the area.
“This will be the biggest single showcase of new homes ever built in the Bremer Valley, with 18 different designs all in one place,” Ian said.
“We know buyers are looking for more space, affordable packages and homes that suit their lifestyle, and this display village will deliver exactly that.”
The Display Village is currently forecast to open its doors in October 2026.
When complete, Highland Walloon will deliver around 900 new homes, along with lush parklands, walking trails and all the modern conveniences families need.
Sales have been running hot since the community launched earlier this year, with almost 150 home and land packages already sold and new releases being snapped up in record time.
Master Builders Queensland CEO Paul Bidwell said the new Display Village would be a major win for local buyers.
“Home buyers will be spoiled for choice with 18 homes to explore, each reflecting the latest in design and construction from some of Queensland’s most respected builders,” he said.
