It’s full steam ahead at Highland Walloon, with important progress made across both Stage 1 and Stage 2 as the community continues to take shape.
One of the most exciting developments on site is the progress of Highland Walloon’s first community park, which is now nearing completion.
Landscapers are currently putting the finishing touches on the park, including turf installation, planting and final site works ahead of opening, which is expected soon.
The park will feature playground equipment, generous open green spaces, landscaped areas and shaded spots designed to create a welcoming place for residents to relax, connect with neighbours and enjoy the outdoors.
Meanwhile, works at Taylors Road West remain a key focus, with several infrastructure milestones achieved in recent weeks.
Stage 2 construction continues to progress well. Stormwater installation works have been underway throughout the stage, supporting long-term drainage and water management across the development.
Retaining wall construction has also continued during this period, helping shape the future streetscape and prepare the land for the next phase of infrastructure and road works. These structural elements are an important part of the community’s design, ensuring the land is carefully prepared for future homes and public spaces.
Lennium Development Manager Ian Worthington said it was encouraging to see steady progress across multiple areas of the site.
